After you are done with a battle, you are going to get hurt.
If you die, you don`t get healed, you go to the otherworld. If you have a friend that collects the dragon balls, he/she can bring you back.

If you don`t die, which you shouldn`t because you can choose to surrender if your health/stamina gets to 15 or less.
it takes 25 zeni for half heal and 55 for full heal.
